Stanislaw Ashbaugh’s Corporate/Securities Group is pleased to have assisted HSC Real Estate, Inc., a leading residential property manager in the Pacific Northwest, in negotiating and successfully closing its acquisition by Consolidated American Services, Inc. The transaction further solidifies CAS’s position as the nation’s largest third-party residential property management company, operating as Riverstone Residential Group. Stanislaw Ashbaugh served as counsel to HSC Real Estate and its shareholders.
