LAWYER

I believe Law as Results means TENACITY—the persistent and energetic pursuit of a client's desired result. Achieving a client's goal also requires resourcefulness, diligence, and quick thinking, but tenacious representation is the Law as Results difference.

I strive every day to provide my clients with zealous and proactive representation. Client satisfaction is my ultimate goal.

My practice emphasizes representing management in employment discrimination and employment litigation. In addition to employment litigation, I represent small and large businesses in a variety of commercial litigation disputes.

Before joining Ashbaugh Beal, I spent two years as a law clerk for the Honorable Joel Penoyar at the Washington State Court of Appeals in Tacoma. As a clerk, I provided research, analysis, and recommendations on a range of civil and criminal appeals. By witnessing numerous employment cases at the court, I gained extensive knowledge and discovered a passion for employment law. In addition, I learned to analyze new problems quickly and assisted the Court in preparing final opinions – experience that now assists me in tailoring a game plan for each client's situation.
