My experience as a team member of the firm's Corporate/Securities Group provides broad transactional assistance with merger and acquisitions, reorganizations, private equity, debt finance and emerging companies.

In addition to my transactional ambitions, I have 15 years experience assisting companies with the maintenance of their corporate governance needs including formations, partnerships and dissolutions. To better serve many of our existing and new start-up clients, I've added trademark applications and registrations to my practice. All aspects of keeping our clients on top of their business plan require action and I'm here to help make that happen.
