I am a business trial lawyer because I share the same entrepreneurial spirit as my clients. And I love the heat of the courtroom.

My clients are inventors, business owners and business hopefuls, Internet & film companies, real estate buyers/ sellers/developers, builders, farmers, programmers and well, anyone with a plain old deal gone bad.

What my clients like most about me is the strategic way I approach their case to get to my bottom line: "Are you satisfied"? I know that every problem can be solved, and that's what I do - solve problems.

I draw heavily on my varied professional experience to innovate and improvise my way to victory. My toolbox includes: farmer (apple), CFO (film co.), COO (Internet co.), criminal prosecutor (King Co.), archeologist (Israel), world-ranked skier (alpine), and The Apprentice (finished in the final four on Donald Trump's TV show).

Sometimes the best way to skin a cat is by avoiding the knife altogether - employing efficient, cost-effective solutions to legal problems. This is why I frequently use alternative dispute resolution methods, arbitration and mediation.

The bottom line is that I believe there are many ways to solve my clients' legal problems - efficiently and cost-effectively.
