My job is to solve your problems in the way that makes the most sense for you. It's about understanding your goals and objectives with respect to a problem, then tailoring a solution that fulfills those goals and objectives.

Sometimes the solution includes the court system and other times it is through negotiation or compromise.

To ensure that I always know what each client needs and wants, I start with the most basic rule - I listen. This allows me to clearly understand and embody your goals and objectives, and to use my skills to realize those goals and objectives.

My practice emphasizes all areas of construction law. I've successfully represented contractors, developers and homeowners' associations. I have also worked on a wide variety of insurance-related disputes, representing policyholders in bad faith and coverage disputes in order to ensure that they obtain the full benefits of their insurance policies.
