My practice embodies a unique convergence of construction defect and insurance coverage law. Using this unique blend, I've worked hand in hand with homeowners to realize recoveries that are both efficient and which leave homeowners with the money they need to protect their investments, and their most prized possession'their homes.

I'm keenly aware of the role liability policies play in construction defect lawsuits. And I use that insight to work cooperatively with developers to realize my clients' objectives. This process involves analyzing policies, assessing potential insurance recovery, working with insurance professionals and tailoring litigation to maximize recovery through insurance proceeds.

My successes in this arena reflect my unique, adaptive strategies, demonstrate my solid litigation skills, and showcase my insurance coverage know-how. These skills have proven to be a vital and rarely found resource - and a talent my clients appreciate.

RESULTS IN ACTION

In my practice, I've worked on all sides of the litigation table: assisting first-party policy holders against unwilling insurers, battling liability insurers on behalf of commercial policyholders to extricate them from lawsuits and assisting claimants in navigating potential coverage pitfalls to ensure potential recovery. Nearly all these disputes have been middle- to high- seven-figure suits having distinct impacts on the lives of the individuals and entities involved.
