PARTNER
I believe Law as Results means WINNING -- meeting with clients to determine their needs and designing a strategy to achieve their goals. That frees my clients to concentrate on living their lives and profitably running their businesses.
As a member of our Commercial Litigation and Construction Law Groups, I am uniquely positioned to understand the needs of businesses in effectively managing risk to avoid litigation. And, when needed, effectively and economically running litigation to achieve the best result possible for each client in each situation.
I have successfully represented clients on a wide range of commercial and business issues, including such things as breach of contract, fraud, non-compete agreement and other partnership and corporate disputes. I have done so across the country, including courts in Washington, Oregon, Nevada, Arizona, Hawaii, Idaho and New York. My work has involved everything from minor issues to "bet the company" cases.
In construction law, I've represented all levels of contractors, as well as owners, in a wide range of cases involving construction defects in condominium projects to delay and impact claims to misappropriation of building plans. In doing so, I've obtained large monetary recoveries, as well as injunctive relief. I have also assisted clients in protesting the award of public projects in front of state and federal agencies.
Each and every day, I'm motivated to help guide my clients to avoid litigation, or, barring that, to act in a strategic manner designed to accomplish their individual goals. This is Mark Rosencrantz. This is Law as Results.
