RESULTS IN ACTION

Obtained the complete release of developer's $25 million plus claim against my ENR Top 400 contractor client.

Obtained a $4.2 million settlement of my client's (the owner of a Bellingham medical facility) construction defect claim. The settlement generated sufficient funds to cover all costs of repair and all other expenses, including attorneys' fees.

Obtained a $3.7 million settlement - after winning several key summary judgment motions - on behalf of my client, the owner of a Kirkland apartment complex, generating sufficient funds to cover all costs of repair and pay all other expenses, including all attorneys' fees.

Successfully settled $50 million claim against my client, an apartment owner. The settlement was fully funded by insurance and resulted in the payment to my client of attorney's fees and avoided a potentially devastating blow to the client's business.

Successfully settled $10 million plus personal injury claim against my General Contractor/Developer client that resulted in his full release and payment of virtually all attorney fees incurred by him.

Successfully settled my client's multi-million dollar property damage claim arising out of Olympic Pipeline explosion.

Recovered through a 5 day arbitration on behalf of my General Contractor client all construction costs - plus anticipated margin, all expenses of litigation and complete dismissal of developer's counterclaim - in a seven-figure dispute with an out-of-state developer.

Successfully settled a client's multi-million dollar claim arising out of the construction of a major grocery distribution warehouse.

Successfully settled a seven-figure claim by my client arising out of the construction of the downtown Seattle Library.

Successfully defended and settled a multi-million dollar breach-of-lease claim against my client, a prominent local grocery store chain.

Successfully investigated a lawsuit and settlement of claim on behalf of my client against an interior design firm, which had committed theft with respect to the remodel of my client's home by falsifying invoices. The case ultimately resulted in criminal prosecution, conviction and sentencing of the interior designer.

Successfully settled a multi-million dollar claim by my client against a major California power company arising out of the construction of a power plant in central California.

Sucessfully settled dispute between my General Contractor client and its subcontractor regarding defective installation of flooring which resulted in subcontractor releasing its claim in full, paying my clients claim in full plus attorney fees.
