David L. Ashbaugh

PARTNER AND CHAIR, COMMERCIAL LITIGATION GROUP

I believe law as results means SATISFACTION. Simply put, I am here to provide the highest quality service that exceeds my clients' expectations.

As senior founding partner of Ashbaugh Beal, I bring over 40 years experience to the table, focusing on employment litigation, contract litigation and other commercial disputes, and alternative dispute resolution.

My practice emphasizes representing management in employment discrimination and employment litigation. In addition, I represent management in a variety of commercial litigation disputes. My clients are both large and small companies in a wide range of industries ranging from high technology to manufacturing to construction to professional services. Over the years, I have represented both publicly traded and privately held companies. I have been lead attorney in cases tried in several states, while my litigation practice has taken me as far as London, Hong Kong, Seoul and Cairo.

I am a trained mediator and have served for the "Settlement Now" program, as well as a judge pro tem and arbitrator for King County Superior Court. I am also a mediator and arbitrator for the American Arbitration Association. I have participated in hundreds of mediations either as a mediator or as an attorney representing a mediating party.

What's most important is a passionate and purposeful advocacy of my clients' best interests. This results in satisfaction. SATISFACTION is law as results.
